Sauver le Rizzanese - le combat continue !

Le combat pour sauver le Rizzanese n'est pas terminé. Fin juillet 2008, un plan de relance de l'énergie hydraulique (privatisation des barrages et fin du monopole d'EDF) a été lancé par le ministère français de l'écologie.

Couverture de LeMonde2 avec un article sur le Rizzanese le 25 juillet 2008, reportage dans le Journal de 20h de TF1 le 31 juillet et un nouveau site Internet : Rizzanese, le site de la rivière.

Ce site a pour but de rassembler toutes les infos sur le projet de barrage du Rizzanese, le plus clairement possible, avec le soutien de l'ADRE.

Le RIPH est une des 12 associations qui a signé le recours auprès du Conseil d'état.

Here you can find all the information on the Hydrospeed meeting organised by the RIPH in Austria from 5 to 11 June 2005.

General information

RIPH International proposes a Hydrospeed meeting in Landeck, in the Austrian Alps, from 5 to 11 June 2005.

Its location right in the middle of Switzerland, Austria and Italy, makes the potential of this region very broad and diversified. No less than five valleys converge towards this site, in the heart of the Tyrol, surrounded by mountaintops of more than 3,000 m.
The selected date corresponds to the theoretically ideal period in order to guarantee an excellent water level on all the rivers of the region.

This meeting follows the same lines as the one that has been initiated several years ago by the team of EVP-45 in Italy: there is an assumed autonomy of the participants, both in and out of the water.

But still, we are talking about a meeting, i.e. a privileged place for exchanges, so isolated people will be able to make contact and get organised with other participants via the mailing list that was especially created for the occasion.

Located on the bank of the Sanna (unloading point of the ‘classical' descent), this camping site also proposes several kinds of accommodation (chalets, studio flats, convertible bus) and a fast food service.
There is a good number of hotels, restaurants and supermarkets in the borough and in the vicinity.

No matter whether you come from Germany, Italy or Switzerland, the region has a well-developed motorway network. Landeck is served by a railway link.
The closest airport is Innsbruck.

Insurance
Each participant has to be insured within the framework of the practice of Hydrospeed (white water swimming).
For the citizens of the European Union, health coverage is ensured by the European Health Insurance card.

Hier können Sie alle Auskünfte finden über die Hydrospeedversammlung, die durch die RIPH in Österreich vom 5. bis zum 11. Juni organisiert wird.

Allgemeine Auskünfte

RIPH International schlägt eine Hydrospeedversammlung in Landeck vor, die in den österreichischen Alpen vom 5. bis 11. Juni 2005 stattfinden soll.

Durch ihre Lage an den Grenzen der Schweiz, Österreichs und Italiens bietet diese Region ein breites und vielfältiges Potential. Nicht weniger als fünf Täler führen zu diesem Gebiet, das im Herzen Tirols liegt und von Gipfeln umgeben wird, die höher als 3000 Meter sind. Das ausgewählte Datum ist im Prinzip ideal um eine ausgezeichnete Wasserhöhe auf allen Flüssen des Gebiets zu garantieren.

Diese Treffen bleibt auf derselben Linie wie jene, die seit mehreren Jahren durch das Team EVP-45 in Italien durchgeführt wird: die Teilnehmer sind grundsätzlich autonom, in und aus dem Wasser.

Aber es handelt sich um ein Treffen bei dem ein Austausch stattfinden soll, und einzelne Personen können, dank der speziell für diese Gelegenheit entstandenen Verbreitungsliste, sich mit anderen Teilnehmern in Verbindung setzen und dieses und jenes miteinander organisieren.

Dieser Campingplatz liegt am Ufer der Sanna (Ausladepunkt der “klassischen Abfahrt“), und bietet außerdem einige Unterkunftsmittel (Blockhütten, Studios, Spezialbus) und einen Fastfooddienst.
Zahlreiche Hotels, Restaurants, Supermärkte im Dorf und in der Nähe.

Gleich ob man aus Deutschland, Italien oder aus der Schweiz kommt, die Gegend verfügt über ein hervorragendes Straßen- und Autobahnnetz. In Landeck gibt es eine Zugverbindung.

Innsbruck.

Jeder Teilnehmer muß im Rahmen der Praxis beim Hydrospeed (Wildwasserschwimmen) versichert sein.
Für die Staatsangehörigen der Europäischen Union wird der ärtztliche Schutz durch die Europäische Krankenversicherungskarte gedeckt.

L' RIPH international propone un raduno popolare d'hydrospeed a Landeck, nelle Alpi austriache, dal 5 all'11 giugno 2005.

Situato ai confini della Svizzera, dell'Austria e dell'Italia, il potenziale di questa regione è molto vasto e vario.Non meno di cinque vallate convergono verso questo sito, nel cuore del Tirolo, circondato da cime alte più di 3000 metri.
La data scelta corrisponde al periodo teoricamente ideale per garantire un eccellente livello su tutti i corsi d'acqua della regione.

Situato ai bordi della Sanna (punto di sbarco classico), questo camping propone più di un tipo di sistemazione (chalet, monolocali...), e un servizio di ristorazione rapida.
In ogni caso sono presenti numerosi hotel, ristoranti e supermercati sia nel borgo che nelle sue prossimità.

Da qualsiasi parte si arrivi, dalla Germania, dall'Italia o dalla Svizzera, la regione dispone di una rete stradale e autostradale di qualità. Landeck è servita inoltre di una rete ferroviaria.

Informations générales

RIPH International propose un rassemblement populaire d'hydrospeed à Landeck, dans les Alpes Autrichiennes du 5 au 11 Juin 2005.

Située aux limites de la Suisse, de l'Autriche et de l'Italie, le potentiel de cette région est très vaste et varié. Pas moins de cinq vallées convergent vers ce site, au coeur du Tyrol, entouré de sommets de plus de 3 000 m.
La date choisie correspond à la période théoriquement idéale pour garantir un excellent niveau sur toutes les rivières de la région.

Ce rassemblement s'inscrit dans la même démarche que celui qui est initié depuis plusieurs années par l'équipe d'EVP-45 en Italie : autonomie de principe des participants, dans et hors de l'eau.

Situé au bord de la Sanna (point de débarquement de la classique), ce camping propose de plus quelques hébergements (chalets, studios, bus aménagé) et un service de restauration rapide.
De nombreux hôtels, restaurants, supermarchés dans le bourg et à proximité.

Réglementations en matière de sécurité routière

Autoroutes payantes
L'utilisation des autoroutes en Autriche est payante comme en Suisse : il faut posséder une vignette. "L'affichage sur le pare-brise d'une vignette est obligatoire pour emprunter les autoroutes. Il est vivement recommandé aux touristes de l'acquérir dès le passage de la frontière. Son coût s'élève à 72,60 euros pour l'année, de 21,80 euros pour deux mois ou encore 7,60 euros pour dix jours. L'absence de vignette est sévèrement réprimée et l'amende peut coûter de 220 à 2200 euros en plus du coût de la vignette facturée alors 120 euros et valable dans ce cas 24 heures. La voiture et une partie de son contenu peuvent être retenus à titre de garantie en cas d'une demande d'un paiement différé."

"A partir du 1er mai 2005 en Autriche, la réglementation pour les automobilistes obligera ces derniers à avoir acquis une veste réfléchissante à porter en cas de panne ou d'accident. Cette veste est disponible dans toutes les postes pour 2 euros 90 (C'est un des meilleurs tarifs à Vienne) [beaucoup plus chère ailleurs, attention]. Pensez à en acheter deux si vous vous rendez en Italie car dès le passage de la frontière ce sont deux vestes qui sont requises."

Décembre 2004 - Rizzanese : RIPH participe au collectif

RIPH International a décidé de participer au collectif d'associations qui mène un recours auprès du Conseil d'état français pour empêcher la construction d'un barrage sur le Rizzanese.
Pour cela, RIPH International a donne mandat au président de l'ADRE, l'Association pour la Défense du RIZZANESE et de son environnement.

Ce recours a été lancé en décembre 2004.

Pour mémoire, le Rizzanese est une belle rivière de Corse sur laquelle de nombreux participants du rassemblement d'Avril 2004 ont eu la chance de naviguer.

Voici un extrait du Protocole pour le collectif Rizzanese :

Il est constitué un Collectif pour défendre le Rizzanese (Corse) contre le projet d'aménagement du cours d'eau et ses modalités, visé par le décret de DUP du 8/10/2004, puis les décisions ultérieures.

L'Association de Défense du Rizzanese et de son Environnement (ADRE) conduira ce Collectif, en particulier en la personne de son Président en exercice, Monsieur Georges MATTEI.

Les associations, par exemple les associations dites loi de 1901, ou d'autres personnes morales dont le projet du Rizzanese peut affecter plus ou moins l'objet social, peuvent souscrire à ce protocole.
C'est le cas, par exemple, pour la défense de l'environnement, la protection de la nature, la pêche, l'archéologie, la défense des intérêts des propriétaires et des habitants, l'exercice des sports de nature, les intérêts économiques et moraux des contribuables et des consommateurs, la protection des sites et paysages, la défense géographique, historique, économique, sociale ou culturelle de la Corse. Ces thèmes ne sont pas exhaustifs.

Le Collectif prépare un recours contre les décisions pouvant participer au projet d'aménagement du Rizzanese. Ainsi, l'action principale est dirigée contre la DUP (déclaration d'utilité publique : requête auprès du Conseil d'Etat, durée prévue un an), mais des actions connexes seront aussi envisagées contre les autres décisions (permis de construire etc.).

L'ADRE prendra la responsabilité de la rédaction du ou des mémoires à fournir en justice, du respect des procédures, du financement des opérations, des frais éventuels à supporter pendant et après les actions judiciaires.
